Greetings!
Thanks for joining me during my time "on the Ice", as they say down in Antarctica. This is the first in what I hope will be a series of exciting, interesting, and photo-filled posts. Please comment as much as you like. If there are things you'd like to see or questions you'd like answered, post a comment and I'll be sure to reply.
Today is my last day working in the Financial Aid Office at the University of Colorado. I've enjoyed my fifteen months here and will miss my wonderful colleagues. My hat's off to them as they take the plunge into another school year with a new Student Information System and many other significant changes. Good luck to you guys. I wish you all this best this school year! Go Buffs!
Next week will consist mostly of packing stuff, selling stuff, and throwing stuff away. Orientation begins on Monday, August 9. Departure for New Zealand is Wednesday, August 11. Departure for Antarctica is Sunday, August 15. Stay tuned as the adventure begins! :)
Good luck with your trip Joseph! I look forward to visiting Antartica vicariously through your posts. Post pictures...the more the better!
ReplyDeleteits all so soon! And if you don't come back from being on ice without being able to do a triple axel triple towloop I will be disappointed.

ReplyDeleteAnd cwrobel, I don't know what NANA means, but I'd like to think it's "NA NA I am going to Antarctica and you're not!" :D
